Our services

Everything you need, from first question to finished file.

Choose a single service or let us manage the whole process. Every engagement starts with a free consultation, and quotes are tailored to your situation.

01

Citizenship counseling

All the support you need to understand your path.

Request a free 20-minute call and one of our representatives will help you determine whether you qualify for Italian citizenship, by descent (jure sanguinis) or by marriage (jure matrimonii). If you decide to move forward, we guide you through every aspect of the process. You can gather your own documents with our support, or let us handle it for you.

  • Free initial eligibility call
  • Review of your family line
  • Guidance on the 2025 citizenship rules
  • A step-by-step plan for your case
02

Application review

Your file, checked and ready for submission.

This is where our associates shine. We review all of your documentation, advise you on our findings, identify discrepancies between records and help you correct them. Whether you collect your documents yourself or have us do it, we make sure your bloodline is fully documented and consistent before you submit.

  • Complete document-by-document review
  • Name, date and place discrepancy checks
  • Guidance on corrections and amendments
  • A final file ready for your appointment
In some cases we cannot order specific documents on your behalf, but we will help you make the request.
03

Document procurement in Italy

Vital records from Italian municipalities.

We contact the Italian comune (municipality) directly and quickly, by phone, by certified email (PEC) or in some cases in person. Our office in Italy makes every effort to obtain the documentation your application requires on your behalf.

  • Birth, marriage and death certificates
  • Direct contact with the comune
  • Certified email (PEC) requests
  • Follow-up until records arrive
04

Certified translations

Vital records, medical records and school transcripts.

Every document submitted to a consulate, whether for a citizenship application or to register vital records, must be professionally translated into Italian to avoid delays. Some consulates also require the translation to be certified by the translator, with the signature notarized and the translation apostilled. Our service covers every part of this process.

  • Professional Italian translations
  • Translator certification
  • Notarization when required
  • Apostille on the translation
05

Apostille services

For your vital records and translations.

Obtaining an apostille can be time consuming and confusing. It must be issued by the U.S. state where the vital record was issued. We handle the request for you, with a fast turnaround of typically 2 to 10 business days depending on the state and the complexity of the case.

  • Apostilles from any U.S. state
  • Vital records and translations
  • Typically 2–10 business days
  • Checked before they go in your file
06

Power of attorney

Procura speciale and procura generale.

When a legal matter in Italy requires your presence, a power of attorney lets you delegate a trusted person to act for you. We can work directly with your lawyer in Italy, prepare a draft for their review and, once everything is in order, arrange your signature. We will also explain the difference between a special and a general power of attorney.

  • Special and general powers of attorney
  • Coordination with your Italian lawyer
  • Draft preparation and review
  • Signing arranged for you

Why it matters

The benefits of Italian citizenship

An Italian passport is also a European Union passport, with rights that extend across the EU.

Live, work and study in the EU

Freedom to live, work, study and retire in any of the 27 EU member states.

Keep your U.S. citizenship

The United States permits dual citizenship, so becoming Italian does not affect your U.S. citizenship.

Career advantages

Qualify for jobs open only to EU citizens, an asset with employers that operate in Europe.

Education

Access to EU universities at local tuition rates, often far lower than in the U.S.

Property and residence

Buy property and settle anywhere in the EU on the same terms as other EU citizens.

Healthcare and family

Access to public healthcare systems in Europe, and the ability to pass citizenship to your children under current rules.

Benefits depend on individual circumstances and on current Italian and EU law.

Client stories

Families we've helped

After months of endless nonsense I was finally able to acquire all the documentation required. It is not an easy process, but it really helps to have assistance. I am happy with the services received, as I am now an Italian citizen.
